Parkinson (EP) is a neurodegenerative disease whose main lesion is the degeneration of dopaminergic cells of the substance nigra with a decrease of dopamine in the striatum. The must important motor changes one bradicinencia, tremor, rigidity and lack of stability. Besides the motor symptoms also might appear depression cognitive alteration and psychosis. The psychosis is a serious complication of EP and are manly visual hallucinations and paranoid delirium. That in creases mortality and mades necessary personal care The psychosis might be due to exogen or endo-gen factors. It has being postulated that psychosis is due the deficit of dopamine in the frontal cortex with a combinated colinegic denervation of the area due to the disease and or to the aging presses. The exogenous psychosis is produced by the use of dopaminergics. The therapeutic strategy includes the administration of colinesterinase inhibitors in the endogenous and antipsicotics in the exogenous and also they can be combined.
