Resumen
GIL ANTON, Manuel. Max Weber: el valor de las preguntas. Sociológica (Méx.) [online]. 2005, vol.20, n.59, pp.93-114. ISSN 2007-8358.
The central thesis of this article is that at the beginning of every long-term scientific endeavor is not observation but a change in the way of asking the question, since this comes before any new theory. It develops the idea that one of Max Weber’s most significant contributions is having changed the question that leads to sociological activity. Based on Piaget’s and Popper’s contributions, the article situates Weber’s methodological and theoretical point of view and the importance of generating a place, in a field proper to a way of doing sociology as a “science of reality”, for the chance that constitutes us.
