Using an interregional input-output model, this paper examines the impacts in production and employment associated with the program of exploitation of natural gas deposits of Cuenca de Burgos (located in the northeast region of Mexico) using the scheme of Public Investment Financing Contracts (modality of private capital participation in the production of natural gas).
