Inflammatory bowel disease is a group of diseases characterized by chronic gastrointestinal inflammation and occasionally with extraintestinal repercussion. The neurological and psychiatric manifestations correspond to less than 3%. This paper reports the case of a young woman with ulcerative colitis and cerebral atrophy as debut.
