Zoogeographic information and field observations are presented for different decapod crustacean species of the intertidal zone of islands off the coast of Sinaloa. A reference collection was generated for the islands of Sinaloa (COC-UAS) with the organisms collected from 14 islands located in the bays of Navachiste, Santa María and Mazatlán. The systematic list includes 57 species, 40 genera and 16 families. Brachyurans represent 75.4% of all species. The families with most species were Portunidae, Xanthidae and Grapsidae, and the genera with most species were Petro-listhes, Clibanarius, Callinectes, Xanthodius y Uca.
