The purpose of this investigation was to analyze, since the categories: subject, reality, rationality and power, the changes that have come itself gestating along the establishment of emerging social order because of the information and communication technologies' advance, in order to establish its impact in the environment of the Administrative Theory, specifically in the area managerial. For this analysis were use documentary strategies with hermeneutic focus. It is concluded that the conception respect the analyzed elements, constituted in a system of thought that invades the management, orienting its actions and aiming decisions to achieve greater productivity and profit value organizational. It is observed that, the managerial thought is mobilized toward the Humanistic Qualitative Management, whose base is people, still when itself evidence inconsistency among what is said and what is done, among the to be and the to do, possibly as a result of the situation of transitory that lives itself.
