In this article we present the business ethics forms. They are the combination of the contributions of ethics science, economic science and management. This originates the forms that we call: intelligent enterprise, Citizen Corporation or company of third type. The analysis of this forms illuminate the ideological content of business ethics and the contradictions of its construction. The principal contradiction of this article has a double meaning: first; the conception of the human being has the "homme Faber" while the business ethics presents a "homme total"; second, the way in which the employee will pursue the personal development it is not answered. However, according to ethics authors and business ethics, the prime objective of the corporation it is not only the revenue but the employee development. Because of this, we adopt the Political-Economical method established by Marx (1965a: 254-263) in our exposition of the origins of business ethics or business ethics the french way; positioning ourselves in the synthesis stage of our research objective.
