Resumen
RIQUELME, Isaac. The Linking of Everyday Elements to Alternative Citizenships: Self-employment and Practices of Solidarity. A Case Study in Zamora (Michoacán, Mexico). Relac. Estud. hist. soc. [online]. 2012, vol.33, n.132bis, pp.271-304. ISSN 2448-7554.
During the process of inclusion that citizens have experienced some of the elements associated with this phenomenon seem to have lost part of their meaning. As a result, alternative forms of citizenship have developed that are characterized by apparently innovative features. This study of elements based on the forms of citizenship in a neighborhood on the outskirts of a medium-sized city in Mexico focuses specifically on self-employment in the informal sector and practices of solidarity and mutual support among neighbors.
