The present essay offers a general view over twenty years after the signature of the North American Free Trade Agreement, to bring over the principal results, the obstacles and limitations that are recognized in the generation access conditions process to the professional services on the American market and Mexican citizens. We present two aspects: on one hand, the quantitative evolution on visas authorization for temporary highly specialized occupations and, on the other hand, the path of conciliation works concerning the degrees and licenses on international certification for the professional exercise abroad. Based on it, a discussion on the current conditions and the perspectives its proposed.
