Private Higher Education has joined a new phase marked by institutions orientation changes about economic logic terms and markets offer -in almost the whole region-. The present article about university business is focused on describing the irruption of new attending modalities offer by international groups or local universities allied with them. The analysis is focused on identifying and describing the dynamics scopes for profit and in the Latin-American universities offer, analyzing the characteristics of the international groups and the normative frames of the different countries that allow this offer.
