The aim of this report is to analyze the legislative Spanish frame that regulates the performance of different state agencies of evaluation, and their adequacy with the investigative reality on the juridical disciplines and their investigators. The major located problem is the shortage of both criteria and evaluation tools, which enable to talk about the specific evaluation activity of the legal framework. Serious difficulties arose from the evaluation done by the Agencies, as well as the lack of specialization and the implementation of criteria coming from different scientific disciplines.
