The accelerated changes that our society is living (globalization, technological revolution, multiculturality, uncertainty valuation) are affecting the educative institutions. These social alterations next to the European convergence (European Space for Higher Education and European Space of Research), the educative paradigm changes (centred in learning), the revisionist moment that the socio-educative institutions are living (new exigencies of quality, effectiveness, efficiency) causes new demands and, in mid term, great amendments at the University. All these changes generate the need to transform the university teacher professional abilities as to go on within the new context.
