This text is dedicated to analyze the globalization process impact on the Danish Higher Education System. Some trends dominated the latest years: a change on the scheme and institutions categories, the complex process to merge some Higher Education Institutions to upgrade their quality through scale economies and assemble isolated academic sectors, and the increase transparency for the academic process facing society. The results are not yet built but they are on their way, with both resistance and support.
