Abstract

One is to contribute to the understanding of two theoretical problems inaugurated from second post war: the participation and plunge of the women in the superior education; and, of step, to incursionar in the process of the "opening of sciences" that gives one him of its fundamental sustenances. For it, the theoretical schemes are exposed that sublie to the traditional description of the phenomenon of the feminine participation. From a heuristic perspective, one analyzes the participation and the performance of the women in the races of Sociology of as much diachronic the Metropolitan Independent University as synchronously; and, through heavy variables like the "matriculation" and the "success" from 1974 with the purpose of putting these schemes on approval.
