An analysis of the employment and labor performance of the Technological University of Nezahualcóyotl (UTN) Graduates as University Higher Technician (TSU) in Production Processes. The study presents a conceptual review of the work of these technicians in which they are seen as an emergent occupational category followed by a discussion, based on the information obtained from a recent investigation focused on characterizing the careers of those TSU's, on the effects that the TSU diploma has on the occupational destinations and career movements that UTN Graduates experience.
