The purpose of this paper is to share a double construction work: on one hand, the result of the analysis and the reflection that led to the systematization of a possible way to go when you try to take methodological decisions for drawing up a research; on the other hand, an advance that illustrates, in the particular case of a research in process carried out by the authors, the considerations that underlie the taking of the above mentioned decisions. This work represents a pedagogic and didactical contribution to the processes of training for researchers, at the same time as it shows an advance, in terms of methodological construction, of the research that makes possible to connect the academic cultures with the practices and training processes for research.
