The advent of informational technology offers fundamental aspects of educational content. The rationality in its use is a matter that should be permanently put into question. The technological and informational rationality also influences the practical environment of the applications and the conceptualization of the pedagogical aspect itself. Currently the subject is able to access an important and diversifed potential of information that can be gathered and recovered in a short while. This favors new learning conditions and knowledge promotion by means of the contributions of the informational technology.
