This paper presents a new interpretation of the use and distribution of designer drugs, also called "new drugs", in which, beyond the analysis of its social or personal consequences, it takes into account its genesis and its development process, regarding their origin as a kind of lifestyle not related to the underworld. This perspective is interesting since it makes possible for the community to criticize not only the individual who consumes, bus also the social group to which he or she belongs. As a matter of fact, in many cases this unsuitable environment is responsible for the addiction, which, as shown in this study, spreads young people because of the low degree of satisfaction that the adults grant to their demands. Finally, this article offers as an option the launching of personal networks at a local level, where the correspondence between liberty and responsability can be exalted.
