Based on the results obtained in the Evaluation Project of public access to digital services in public Libraries (PASDBP) as well as an exploratory observation of the Migrants portal of the National System e-Mexico, an analysis is presented of the offer of electronic contents on the part of the Mexican government oriented towards this sector, as well as the main access barriers found in a non-probabilistic sample of public access modules installed in the public libraries in Mexico.

Keywords : Internet; digital gap; migration; communication; public libraries; e-México.
