This work focuses on the mechanisms used by the CGH to make decisions, on its scheme of representation and its ways of political operation, in order to establish some significant relations between those analytical elements and the results obtained by the organization at the conclusion of the conflict in February, 2000. The main intention is to evaluate the CGH as an organization of the students in terms of its political performance by taking into account the costs and benefits of their activity.
