Abstract

AVELLA ALAMINOS, Isabel. Two moments in the evolution of the Trade Agreements of Mexico with Europe in the Nineteenth Century. The way to the commercial reciprocity treaties. Inv. Econ [online]. 2002, vol.62, n.240, pp.103-128. ISSN 0185-1667.

This article analyzes two phases of the evolution of the trade agreements signed by Mexico and Europe during the nineteenth century: 1826-1836 and 1882-1895. Based on it, the author examines how a suitable background for the establishment and improvement of commercial reciprocity treaties appeared. She also discusses the way those agreements were managed.
