This article analyzes and explains the performance of the transparency policy in the municipality of San Pedro Garza García, located in the state of Nuevo León. This municipality registers one of the most important advances in terms of institutional performance in the period of 2015-2017 and the time elapsed in 2018. It is a municipality that encourages transparency policy, not only as a way to access it, but also as a form the scope of open data that qualify it as an entity committed to citizen demands that raise not only access and know what it does, but by the way in which its performance is evaluated.
