Abstract

In this article the author presents an analysis of the importance of accountability in Mexico, where this action is part of the dynamics of power relations implied in the Mexican political system, which responds to the imperative that there actors, processes and requirements that influence the institutions and norms are confined to the complex logic of checks and balances. As such, the design is studied from performance criteria, ensuring the balance of power and stability of relationships that support its functionality.
