Abstract
ESCAMILLA CADENA, Alberto and SANCHEZ GAYOSSO, Ramiro. The constitutional faculties of the Executive in Latin America between the concentration and dispersion of power. Estud. polít. (Méx.) [online]. 2016, n.37, pp.111-141. ISSN 0185-1616.

In some countries, executive prerogatives have remained almost unchanged favoring a concentration of power that ends up reproducing its pre-eminence in the political regime. This analysis was drawn from the consultation of different existing constitutions of the region, the cut was until 2014.
