The article offers a detailed study of the impact which the electoral process in Mexico in 2012 in shaping the political forces involved in the Mexican political system. To tell the author, the renewal of the Executive and the Legislature confirms that its intervention in the process of shaping the national political agenda, will remain a rather remote from the current model during the heyday of the "Mexican presidentialism".
