Resumen

The author conceives politics as the art of generating and maintaining public space. Where it is possible to achieve consensus on matters of common interest throuhg dialog. She observes politics blurred in Mexico mainly to the inability to use an open dialog honestly and directly, because the space that should be public is kidnapped by a few people, as a result of the lack of respect for the regulations, intolerance and enforcement, the latter in some cases backed by the threat of losing social peace.
