This article aims to briefly look at the life and work of one of the most serious and meticulous left-wing minds that Mexico has had in recent years: Carlos Pereyra Boldrini. This brief text can give an incentive to approach to Pereyra's ideas or, failing that, return to him and review some of its reasoning and postulates that might contribute on something to understand such a motley and complex national reality.
