The article discusses the different causes that led to the tragedy of ABC childcare in the state of Sonora. The author gives an overview of the political actors who are involved in this incident and analyzes the actions and positions they have held at the national political scene. For the author, the figure of subrogation in nurseries has shown its limitations and dangers surrounding the safety and education of children attending them.
