The authors analyse the ideas about justice, social contract, virtuous citizenship in the liberalism against communitarism in the liberal thought of Rawls and Walzer.

Based on Walzers critique about virtuous citizenship, the authors tum out to build a theory of justice based on complex equality.

They conclude to create a society in the frame o justice, pluralism, equity and tolerance.
