This paper contains an analysis of the basic component of the political and social organization of the people of Azteca which was conquest by the Spanish in the XVI century. Stand out the political, economical and social structure of this place to support the bond of blood in the confrontation of blood brothers groups who lived together and conserved collectives socioeconomics structures that corresponded to an election form in consensus ways of his leaders, which sometimes express his leadership in a communal administration of the collective's subjects of the Azteca. Our point of view is in contrast with the analysis, which divided the consideration and the classiest concepts and the configuration of a Statehood to explain the way of life and of the government of the people control in the moment of conquest.
