This article exposes the alternatives to tjhe concentration of the politicas and economic power, from the perspective of a social democracy. lt also proposes formulas of democratization of the State and economy, by redistribution of the poweer and the property. This ref1ection considers the fortification of the civil society under associative forms of social control.
