Since 1988 it started to talk in Mexico about the transition to the democracy. Even though, there is a very important current of the politologist, are called the "transitives", for whou this transition of democracy made up in the year 2000, with the electoral victory of Vicente Fox Quesada in the presidental elections. Our hypotesis is that in the politic process of the last years have been making up the transition to the democracy, no to the polítical alternancy with, an electoral democracy.
