Se presenta el primer registro de Aleurothrixus myrtacei Bondar (Hemiptera: Aleyrodidae) en México, y como su hospedero al muérdago Phoradendron macrophyllum Spreng., en la Carretera Coatzacoalcos-Salina Cruz, El Morrito, Asunción Ixtaltepec, Oaxaca.
