A new species of the genus Willemia, anophthalma group, W. iztaccihuatlensis n. sp., from the Northwest slope of Iztaccihuatl Volcano is described. It is characterized by absence of the sensilla e 1 on antennal segment IV, post antennal organ (PAO) with eight vesicles and anal spines bigger than all of species known. A comparative table of the anophothalma group with three closer relative species and the new species is given.
