The Attorney General’s Office is an institution of public order that has undergone structural changes that support and explain the behavior of the environmental complaint. The purpose of this article is to analize these patterns of behavior, in a chronological way and focusing on its institucional scaffolding. This article demostrateswith data the changes suffered by the environmental complaint within the federative entities of the country.
