The article examines the theory of Norbert Elias with the concept of "figuration", as authorship of Scholars in describing decision-making strategies of constitutional comparison. All comparisons in reading and interpretation of the Constitutions reflect a balance among traditions, cultures, intellectual formalizations of author and object of investigation. In this way, the act of comparison is elevated to approach to the political context as process of civilization of all constitutional subjects.
