An update society is featured by a correct protection on its weakest segments. No doubt about children ought to have a special care on government. This guardianship must be on justice that determines if rights are damaged or not. Procesal an Penal Law must possess right children mechanism. We will see in the following pages what kind of specific children protect are in Spanish Law, a fist protection that tries to avoid left children. A second one, Civil essensially and matched for the fist one in emergency situation. There is a Penal third one, thinking in children victims of offence caused by adults and children.
