The protection of cultural property is embodied in a great complexity and could be analyzed under different legal scopes. Different pieces of evidence which support the existence of a new international cultural order have been identified in the international forum. This new legal order will allow for the efficient protection of cultural property, in addition to the correlative emergence of a new international cultural awareness. At the dawn of this context the best cultural interest shall prevail, among others, as a vertex of human knowledge.
