In this article, the author studies the new reality of the commerce and its consequences in a global world, reason why it is of enormous utility facing the increase of international mercantile operations. The author, with total methodologic rigor, makes her study from the international rules, the form by means of which has been adopted by our country, and in its case, the judicial cooperation, in the matter of cross-border bankruptcy. Also, the economic benefits are indicated and social that appear at international and internal level ofeach country, by means of the adoption of a law model, reason why Mexico with the incorporation in the Law of Mercantile Aids of the Law Model on the Cross-border Insolvency of the Commission of United Nations for the Mercantile Development the International, it shows the effort of the new legal challenges that arise as results ofthe the globalization.
