Norms recognizing fundamental rights in the Spanish legal system must be interpreted according with the international regulations signed by Spain. That means that, the Spanish interpreter could not define the constitutionally protected contain of this fundamental rights without taking in consideration -among others- the dispositions of the European Convention of Human Rights. Consequence of this premise it that, to make the aforementioned interpretation it would be necessary to take in consideration the hermeneutical criteria established by the European Court of Human Rights as binging interpreter of the European Convention of Human Rights. In this way, we have to add the constitutional enforcement of the Spanish legal system a new factor: its internationalization, each time, more and stronger international justice criteria are getting into the national constitutional justice.
