In this study, the author explains that in the Spanish experience concerning conflicts related to the use of religious simbology, immigration has been a relevant factor. According to the author, law has to play a decisive role as an element to create structures ofa new social reality characterized by pluralism in its diverse aspects, among them, those that have to do with the practice of a religious belief. In the same manner, he soon as shroud ofstructures of a new social reality presided over by pluralism in its diverse facets, and among them, the relative ones to the religious creed profession.
