On this article the author propose the inclusion of ethical reasoning on legislative activity. Hence, it is developed its concept as much as its instrumentation with the aim of succeed on its practice. So that is made a ret flection about the importance of legislative power on con tempocary doc trine, along with the reasons for believing it the principal device of democtacy. Thus, the cortuption is pretented as the eltment that has provoked the lack of confidence of the cittzens as well as the incfCiciency on the organization and performance of such legtstative power. Therefore it is contluded that ethtcs could be the inttrument that help to improve the system.
