Abstract

The crystal structure of the chalcogenide alloys CuZnAlSe3, CuZnGaSe3 and CuZnInSe3, new members of the system I-II-III-VI3, were characterized using X-ray powder diffraction data. All materials crystallize in the tetragonal space group P 4 2c (N° 112) with a CuFeInSe3-type structure.
