Objective:
To know the morbidity of the different types of influenza from the pandemic to the date in the State of Mexico.
Material and methods:
We analyzed the annual concentrates of the Excel databases captured like suspicious cases and that were positive confirmed to some type of virus influenza for the state laboratory.
Results:
According to it, we registered a whole of 17,177 suspicious cases, from which 3,829 (22.2%) turned out to be positive for some type of virus influenza. Certainly predominate AH1N1PDM-09 with 2,227 cases in the seven periods, continued by AH3 (734 cases), influenza A endemic (475) and influenza B (397); the last one appeared to arise in the period 2015-2016, in contrast to others six periods. We observed that after the pandemic, there was an increase of cases every 2 years.
Conclusions:
Do it a more punctual patients Triage to improve the resources expenses.
