Myxoid liposarcoma often metastasizes to extrapulmonar sites; however, osseous metastases are rare. We report the case of a 5 2-year-old male with a single histologically proven bone metastasis of the thoracic wall from a primary myxoid liposarcoma with a round cell component of the right thigh.
