The article wants to give an account of the vicissitudes of the Asturian poet Alfonso Camín that took him to Mexico, where the acquaintance with other writers, among them, Ramón López Velarde. The familiarity of the Camín Bohemian with Mexican poetry perhaps is at the origin of the anthology that drew up to the popular collection "Poets", titled anthology of Mexican poets, published in 1929.
