In his article, the author analyses what is politics for Rousseau based on the hipothesis that the Roussonean politics has a nostalgic and liberating spirit. Enemy of the modernity that subjugate the community tradition, Rousseau proposes an aesthetic politics to make perfect the human being. His nostalgic concept of politics is attractive, but problematic because of its idealization.
