Ewing's sarcomas (ES) of the foot are rare, it is estimated that less than 5% of cases of neoplasia occur at this site. We describe 5 cases of ES of the foot: the clinical manifestations, the staging, the treatment used and its evolution. Pain and localized masses in the foot should be evaluated comprehensively in centers with expert personnel. A radiological evaluation and histological confirmation is very important, since misdiagnosis and delays in treatment can have an impact on the prognosis.
