Primitive neuroectodermal tumors are part of a group of neoplasms grouped under the term -Ewing sarcoma family tumors, which share the histological feature of presenting small round cells and blue color, as well as positivity of immunohistochemical studies with reactivity for CD99, FLI-1, CAV-1, and HNK-1. It is presented a clinical case of a 47-year-old woman to whom the incidental diagnosis of a primitive neuroectodermal tumor of a soft-tissue tumor in the left inguinal region is made, an unusual situation in terms of location of this type of tumors, which causes brain metastases, a rare frequent site.
