The commitment and organizational climate are attitudes that reflect a psychological state related to the values and objectives of an organization. The findings show that of the 12 pairs that are grouped the relationship between organizational climate and commitment, seven of them have a significantly correlated, that means 58% of the possible combinations. In the aggregate, three of the four factors in that are grouped organizational climate dimensions significantly correlated with institutional commitment.
